MENTORING
What is the
Panama City POPS Orchestra Mentoring Program?
Emerging
musicians of any age are encouraged to audition for the Orchestra's
mentoring program. If accepted into the mentoring program, they are placed with a mentor to guide them and serve as an intermediary between the conductor and the rest of the Orchestra. The pupil also shadows experienced players for rehearsals and (possibly) performances to get the feel for symphonic orchestral performances.
